Mental Health Counseling at Embodied Health Collective is a clinical service provided by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and grounded in nervous system awareness, trauma-informed care, and ethical therapeutic practice.

This work supports emotional regulation, insight, and sustainable change through a collaborative therapeutic relationship—one that respects the complexity of the human system and moves at an appropriate pace.

  • Gentle grounding or body-based awareness when clinically appropriate

Movement-based training, fitness, or yoga insturction is not part of counseling and is offered separtely through Integrative Mind-Body Coaching.

Counseling sessions are one-on-one and collaborative.

Clinical Integrity & Scope

Mental Health Counseling is a clinical service governed by professional licensure, ethical standards, and scope of practice.

Care is provided with:

For clients also engaging in coachin, services are clearly structured and separated to protect clinical integrity.
